About Joe

I’m Joe Tarantola, owner of Eastside Solutions. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in real estate, remodeling, construction, property management, and home inspections throughout the Seattle area. My experience spans everything from single-family homes to large multifamily properties, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges homeowners face.

My passion for homes started at a young age, working alongside my father renovating houses. That early hands-on experience taught me how homes are built, maintained, and improved over time.

Today, I help homeowners navigate repairs, renovations, property management, and important real estate decisions. As a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker and Licensed Home Inspector, I’ve performed residential and commercial inspections, including inspections for the Seattle and Renton Housing Authorities.

I founded Eastside Solutions because I believe homeowners deserve honest advice—not pressure. Rather than pushing clients toward a particular outcome, I take the time to understand their goals and provide practical solutions that serve their best long-term interests. Whether that means maintaining a property, renovating it, or selling it, my focus is always on helping you make the right decision for your situation.
