About Joe

My name is Joe Tarantola, and I’m the owner of Eastside Solutions. I’ve spent over 20 years working in real estate, construction, remodeling, and property management, helping homeowners care for their properties and make informed decisions.

My experience began at a young age. When I was about 10 years old, I started helping my father work on and flip homes. Those early lessons taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and doing things the right way—principles that still guide how I approach every project and homeowner today.

Over the years I’ve renovated and flipped homes, managed construction and remodeling projects, and worked with many different types of properties. Today I manage 12 rental properties, including single-family homes, duplexes, and multifamily buildings. This hands-on experience has given me a practical understanding of how homes are built, how they age, and how to maintain them properly.

I hold a Washington State Real Estate Broker’s License and a Building Inspector License. I’ve conducted inspections for residential and commercial projects, including commercial concrete inspections and housing inspections for the King County Housing Authority. These experiences have helped me develop a trained eye for structural issues, maintenance concerns, and opportunities to improve a property.

I started Eastside Solutions because I saw many homeowners who felt stuck in difficult property situations and didn’t know where to turn. My goal is simple: treat people fairly, provide honest information, and help homeowners understand their options so they can move forward with confidence.
